No. Her bare hair is at odds with the message on the t-shirt. Incidentally, when have t-shirts become tyoical hijaab gear? I wear em, but I won't draw attention to the fact that I'm a muslim(in writing, although my scarf would do it) because I know this isn't hijaab. Also, rambling aside, if i were a man and i read that, my next instintive reaction would be to check out the woman's face for her "beauty'. Just saying.
